Security Head & Discipliniary Officer (In-house position)

We are inviting applications from Ex-Servicemen/Defence Personnel for the above said position at S-VYASA, Prashanti Kutiram Campus. Candidates with the service background at defence or Paramilitary forces are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum service of 10 years in Defence Forces (Army/paramilitary
• Bachelors Degree as minimum qualification from a recognized University
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle / manage the campus operations and emergency situations
• Knowledge of security protocols and access control systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of Standard Operations Procedures
• Leading various teams with maintenance, security, kitchen etc.
• Managing campus/site security and surveillance
• Supervising security staff and the shifts
• Ensuring safety of personnel, property, and assets
• Maintaining discipline and emergency preparedness
• Reporting incidents and maintaining daily logs
